By visiting and/or interacting with our Site, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the contract between yourself and C J Anthony Bespoke. For this reason, it is important that you take your time to read this document carefully. 

1.2 Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Law of England and Wales. If you are accessing this Site from outside of the United Kingdom, as a user of this Site you are solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations. 

2. Description:

2.1 C J Anthony Bespoke is a collaboration between Anthony Procopi and Cliff Burgess, who specialise in the manufacturing of custom-made products for Clubs, Institutions, School Alumni, Forces and Corporate Bodies which are purchased in bulk. Having a combined Retail pedigree of nearly 70 years, C J Anthony are experienced in the design and production of Club, Regimental and Corporate custom made ties, cufflinks and other accessories. 

3. Enquiries and contact page: 

3.1 Users of this Site are able to make enquiries in relation to any of the bespoke items described above by filling in the contact form on our Site. When using this form, you will asked to provide your name, email address and a description of your enquiry.

4. Your order: 

4.1 Unfortunately, at this present time, we are unable to process orders through this Site. However, we do hope to add this functionality sometime in the near future. In the meantime, to enquire about the custom products we have on offer please send your enquiry to us via email to enquiries@cjanthony.com or fill in the contact form as described above. Once we have received your enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss it in more detail. 

4.2 Once your order has been discussed with our team, and the requirements have been finalised, we will create a sample piece which you will then inspect in great detail. Production of your full order will not start until you have provided confirmation that you are happy with the sample piece. 

5. Prices and payments: 

5.1 All of our prices will be discussed with you prior to the completion of your order. If you are happy with the price quoted, we will send you an invoice for the work which you will need to pay in full within 30 days. 

5.2 Payment options will be detailed in the invoice or in a separate email from the C J Anthony Bespoke team. 

6. Order processing and delivery:

6.1 Once you place an order with us, you will receive confirmation via email. 

6.2 We aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible however, should there be any delays with this we will keep you up to date via email. 

6.3 All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you at the time the order was placed. 

6.4 Where additional delivery charges apply, we will let you know at the time of placing your order. 

7. Quality and suppliers:

7.1 C J Anthony Bespoke aims to provide high quality products to its customers. For this reason, we ensure we only use high quality suppliers. 8. Cancellations, refunds and returns: 

8.1 Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any of our items unless one of the following criteria is met: 

• The products you receive are materially different to those agreed during the sampling stage. 
• The items you received were faulty.

9. Acceptable use policy: 

9.1 This Site must be used only in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 

9.2 You must not use this Site in a manner that is unlawful or fraudulent. You must not knowingly cause harm to the Site by uploading, sending or in any other way transmitting data that contains any form of virus or malware or any other code designed to adversely affect computer, hardware, software, or data of any kind. 

9.3 You must not knowingly cause harm to any other user of our Site. 

10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions: 

10.1 C J Anthony Bespoke may alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. If C J Anthony Bespoke decide to do so, any changes will become binding on all visitors on their first visit to this Site after the changes have been made.
