Q: What is the minimum order quantity for ties or scarves?

• Our minimum order per design for woven ties and woven scarves is 30, the minimum for printed ties and scarves is 50.                     

Q: Will I get a sample of my tie or scarf?

• We will make a pre-production sample of your product once we have firm confirmation of your required design. This is so that you can see exactly what your final product will look like prior to delivery and confirm your approval.

Q: Can you replicate an existing tie?

• Yes, ideally we would need you to send your existing tie so we can match the colours and replicate the design and weave.

Q: How long does an order take?

• From confirmation of the product design it should take approx. 2 weeks for samples and 4-6 weeks further for the bulk.

Q: What fabrics are the ties and scarves made from?

• Ties and scarves can be produced in both Silk and Polyester, in a variety of different weaves. 

Q: What types of ties and scarves are available?

• We usually supply standard ties or bow ties (pre tied or self-tie) but we can also supply clip-on ties and cravats. Scarves can be long (rectangular) or square in various sizes. Your choice of design can be either woven or printed as a foulard onto the fabric.

Q: What sizes of ties are available?

• Our standard tie length is 147cm but we can also make in 150 and 152cm lengths if required, widths are usually 8cm, 8.5cm or 9cm but we can also do 7.5cm or 9.5cm. 

Q: Can you help with designs?

• In most cases we will aim to provide a digital CAD free of charge based on your instructions, in all cases we will use our experience and expertise to guide and assist in the creation of your design. Our factories can expertly incorporate any logo, crest or other design specification required.

Q: What colours are available?

• We have a wide range of stock colours for your product and will be happy to try and match any pantone colour reference as required, you should remember that any final colour of a woven material is also dependant on the combination of colours.

Q: Can you supply presentation boxes?

• Yes, where appropriate products will be supplied in presentation boxes and prices will be quoted inclusive of these. Any special requirements for presentation boxes may also incur an additional charge.

Q: What are the arrangements for delivery?

• We send via secure courier within the UK to your designated address (usually at cost). Overseas delivery is also available at an additional charge.
